RCA Inspiration is thrilled to announce 9 nominations in 7 different categories at the 2016 GMA Dove Awards. Honoring outstanding achievements and excellence in Christian Music, the GMA Dove Awards nominations unveiled today recognized the acclaimed projects of Kirk Franklin (Fo Yo Soul Recordings/RCA Records), Travis Greene, Israel Houghton & NewBreed (RGM/NewBreed/RCA Inspiration), and Marvin Sapp. Franklin and Greene lead the pack in nominations with multiple nominations across seven different categories for their chart-topping projects.
Houghton & NewBreed along with Sapp wrap up the nominations with 1 apiece for their chart-topping albums.

Last year’s winners Israel Houghton & New Breed (RGM/NewBreed/RCA Inspiration) took home a Dove Award for Traditional Gospel Song of the Year for “How Awesome is Our God” featuring Yolanda Adams.
