What was slated to be a monumental performance according to YMCMB head honcho, Lil Wayne, was never seen by the Summer Jam crowd as Nicki Minaj pulled out of the show at the last minute after Morning Show Host, Peter Rosenberg dissed her on stage. The outspoken Rosenberg said, “I know there’s some chicks here waiting to sing ‘Starships’ later, I’m not talking to y’all right now. F— that bullsh–. I’m here to talk about real hip-hop sh-.”Weezy was not too pleased with the comments so he took to twitter to voice his displeasure with the situation,”Young Money ain’t doing summer jam,” he wrote. Nicki also tweeted, “Wow. U n—az just f—ed up history. But the President has spoken. #YMCMB.”Although Nicki Minaj didn’t perform, the show still went off well with surprise performances from Lauryn Hill, Nas, and Ma$e.
