iHeartMedia Phoenix Names Cressy Walton VP of Sales

iHeartMedia announced today that Cressy Walton joins iHeartMedia as VP of Sales for the Phoenix Region, effective October 9.�

iHeartMedia Phoenix has a strong cross-platform presence and includes a number of iconic brands and franchises � both broadcast and digital ��encompassing more than eight�stations comprised of music, talk and news formats.�

iHeartMedia has the leading consumer reach and influence across multiple platforms and delivers more live programming than any other media company.

As�VP Sales, Cressy will be responsible for driving client success, working closely with sellers and the sales management team in growing revenue in the Phoenix region. She will report to Nancie Sullivan, SVP of Sales for iHeartMedia Phoenix.

Her track record of success working with sales teams to help partners grow their business in broadcast, digital and sponsorship is impressive, and I know she will make a big impact with all the assets iHeart has to offer,” said Linda Little, Region President for iHeartMedia Phoenix.

Cressy was hired from Alpha Media Portland, where she served as the Director of Sales for the past four and a half years, and as General Sales Manager for eight years prior to that.

She began her career in sports marketing and found her passion for broadcast radio here in Phoenix. She is a graduate of University of Arizona and University of Nevada.

“I’m thrilled to be back where my media journey began many years ago and to join the talent-rich sales team at iHeart Phoenix. My goal is to help us grow and create opportunities by bringing together the expertise of the Phoenix team to our advertisers, all while tapping into the incredible reach of iHeart’s iconic brands and massive audience,” said Cressy Walton.
