ONErpm has appointed Mike Easterlin as Managing Director of its Nashville division, enhancing its leadership team with his extensive background in A&R and promotion. Easterlin’s career includes significant roles at Virgin, Def Jam, and Atlantic, culminating in his position as co-President of the relaunched Elektra Records and as co-founder of Severance Records.
In his new role, Easterlin will be responsible for overseeing A&R, roster development, and the operational management of the Nashville office. He will lead a team of experienced industry professionals who are well-versed in the Nashville music scene. Notable new hires include Josh Tomlinson as Director of A&R, who joins from BMI, Lindsey Terry as Country Marketing Director from MCA Nashville, and Chad Neville as Project Manager from Warner Music Nashville.
ONErpm has seen significant growth, expanding its workforce from approximately 100 employees in 2020 to over 600 today. The company is focused on providing comprehensive support for artists, allowing them to maintain control of their careers while benefiting from a global platform.
