The panel will consist of Host: Kevin Ross CEO of Radio Facts, the premiere urban industry site targeting black broadcast professionals. Also, a former DJ at the legendary KKBT (92.3 The Beat) during its national peak in the early 90s and creator of Raptivity, the first Urban Network hip-hop chart

Frank Ski, WHUR radio drive time host, Former V-103 Morning Show Host, and Music Publisher, who was just signed to SONY/ATV and has the sample used for Cardi B and Meagan Thee Stallion’s “WAP.” Frank is also a successful entrepreneur and restauranteur.

Rick Party, host of the national radio show “Rick and Sasha” with decades of experience working in many major markets on the air as well as a voiceover expert who has been the voice for BET, ESPN, and many other organizations. Rick is also a successful entrepreneur.

Plus additional guests.

We are three entrepreneurs who understand what it’s like to be a young black jock in the industry and how you are often misled and not mentored to succeed. Our goal is to be honest in helping you find positive ways to enhance your career and to have longevity.
