Red Wire Publishing: Global Platform for Artists

The Circuit Group, known for its world-class artist management and turning creative visions into global ventures, has launched a new division—Red Wire Publishing. Based in Los Angeles, with a new presence in Nashville, Tennessee, this division aims to offer boutique music publishing services to artists and songwriters globally. Red Wire is founded on a management-first approach, prioritizing long-term growth and creative development over sheer volume.

Circuit Group Launches Red Wire Publishing for Global Artists

Led by Circuit co-founder David Gray, Red Wire aims to provide a more personalized service than large-scale publishers. Gray, who previously co-founded AYITA Management and has worked with high-profile artists like Noizu, Camden Cox, and GRAMMY-winning Avedon, brings extensive expertise to the venture. Under his leadership, Red Wire focuses on nurturing talent and building lasting careers.

Red Wire’s initial roster features notable artists such as UK songwriter Stevie Appleton (Tiësto, John Summit), Nariman Akrami (Chris Lake), GRAMMY-winning UK producer Alex Metric (Dua Lipa), and rising stars like Secondcity and Tommy Cooperman. The company is committed to maintaining a selective roster of writers that align with its core values of talent development.

David Gray, President of Red Wire, emphasizes the company’s mission to be the most effective and trusted publisher, focusing on artist development rather than competing for the largest number of signings. The company has already secured over 300 copyrights, with rights administration handled by Kobalt, ensuring clients receive top-tier transparency, reporting, and collections via Kobalt’s advanced platform.

Charlie Tadman, Director of A&R at The Circuit Group, highlights the caliber of their roster, which includes names like Stevie Appleton and Alex Metric, contributing to cutting-edge projects in the dance music scene. Recent projects include collaborations with artists like FISHER, Chris Lake, and Diplo, solidifying Red Wire’s presence in the industry.
