Chris Ludacris Bridges Relaunches Karmasworld.com

width=Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, award-winning actor, multi-platinum musician and philanthropist, launched his successful children’s venture Karmasworld.com in December of 2011 with the help of Karma Bridges, his 10 year old daughter and the site’s co-creator. Karmasworld.com is a hip interactive educational world for kids featuring well-produced original pop songs, performed by Karma, as well fun games and stories that kids love. Today Ludacris announces the site’s re-launch with 11 new songs and new artwork throughout the site, just in time for Back- to-School. Log onto Karmasworld.com and check out what’s new. Karmasworld.com teaches children from grades 1 to 3 and 4 to 6 academic lessons about math, science and geography, as well as ethical and social issues like manners, honesty and kindness, through original songs, games and stories. The lesson plans were created with the help of teaching professionals.”The site is educational, lots of fun and full of music that all kids can enjoy,” says Bridges. “It was Karma’s idea to create a site that teaches kids more than just reading, writing and arithmetic. Through songs, stories and games we touch on subjects like manners, self-esteem, and treating others the way you’d like to be treated. The music and lyrics, games and stories on the site are all original and were created by me, my daughter and my creative team to make learning fun.”Karmasworld.com was designed for children to play on their own, wherever a computer is available, or work with parents and teachers on lesson plans and quizzes. Instead of watching TV, kids can log in at home or anywhere there is wi-fi. On the site they can sing along with Karma’s World’s educational songs, play word games, science, geography and math games or read stories about faraway lands, and more. They can also download anything they like from the site and sing or play off line. On Karmasworld.com discover “Funky Bubbleland,” “Neon Dreamland” and “Spacetacular Station,” and learn about everything from manners, self esteem, fractions, seasons and weather, geography, gravity, space, planets and the solar system. The games on the site range from easy to challenging, and include “Karma’s Crosswords,” “Mega Match,” “Smartacus Asks,” “Who Knows,” “Lil’ Luda’s Pie Toss,” “The Missing Words” and the geography game “Scrambled Continents,” to name a few. Log onto Karmasworld.com and look for giveaways and other exciting developments coming soon. Also check out Karmasworld.com’s suggestions for fun activities, new books and films that your child may also enjoy.
