The highly anticipated eighth season of BMI’s Rooftop On The Row® series, presented by George Dickel Whisky, returns on April 21st. This exclusive, invitation-only event takes place on the rooftop of BMI’s Nashville office and gives industry professionals a chance to hear some of the most in-demand emerging talent.
This year’s event will feature performances by Zach John King and Aniston Pate, with Love on the Spectrum star Tyler White serving as the host. The night promises three hours of unforgettable music, all set against the stunning panoramic backdrop of Music City.
In addition to the April 21st kickoff, the 2026 lineup for Rooftop On The Row® includes a mix of incredible artists. On May 19th, Avery Anna, Tyler Halverson, and Julianna Rankin will take the stage. On July 14th, Drew Baldridge and Chase Matthew will perform, followed by Pynk Beard and Bryan Martin on August 18th.
The final event will coincide with the official kickoff to AMERICANAFEST on September 15th, with performers to be revealed in the coming months. Returning to the event is DJ Smoke, who will keep the energy high with his sets between live performances.
The Rooftop On The Row® series has become an essential part of Nashville’s live music calendar since its debut in 2017. Past performers include notable acts like Kaitlin Butts, Colbie Caillat, Wyatt Flores, Riley Green, Ella Langley, HARDY, K. Michelle, Lukas Nelson, Billy Strings, Morgan Wallen, and Tucker Wetmore.
