BMI is now accepting applications for the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Bookwriting Workshop (formerly the Librettists Workshop). This weekly, free course runs from September to May at BMI’s Lower Manhattan office at 7 World Trade Center. The application deadline for the Bookwriting Workshop is June 1. Applications for the Songwriting Workshop (formerly the Composer/Lyricists Workshop), due August 1, will open later this month.
