WWFS FRESH 102.7 has named Karen Carson as the new Midday Host (Monday-Friday 10am-3pm); it was announced today by Program Director, Jim Ryan. Carson’s first day will be this Monday, February 7th and she can be heard weekdays from 10AM-3PM on-air, online at fresh1027.com and on a variety of mobile devices including the iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Android. Carson has been heard on New York Radio since 1997 and most recently was heard doing midday’s at KOST in Los Angeles and fill-in at New York’s WLTW and WKTU.
Carson was the host of Karen and Christine in the Morning at WLTW from 2007-2009 and prior to that, she hosted midday’s at the former Big 105 along with an evening shift on WAXQ. Carson is a mom of three and when she’s not breaking up wrestling matches between her kids at her home in New Jersey, she’s watching her eight year old son wrestle for their town or her twin five year old daughters at their dance recitals.”I am THRILLED to become a part of CBS Radio and the team at Fresh.
