BMG elevates Allegra Willis Knerr to EVP, Global Synch Licensing

Joining Bug Music in 2009, prior to BMGโ€™s acquisition in 2011, Willis Knerr was elevated to Director and co-head, Film & TV Licensing in 2013 and Sr. Director, Film & TV Licensing inย 2015.ย She has been a key executiveย attracting, developing, and retaining talentย helping to lead the teams in Los Angeles, New York, and Toronto, to successfully surpass end of year financial targets.

In 2020, was promoted to SVP, Synch Licensing responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and direction of BMGโ€™s US and Canada based synch licensing business.

BMG has announced the promotion of Allegra Willis Knerr to Executive Vice President, Global Synch Licensing, serving as the lead senior executive managing its synch licensing teams around the world. She will continue to report directly to Dominique Casimir, BMG Chief Content Officer.ย
