The outage tracking map from Downdetector highlights that the majority of reports are coming from areas including New York City, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Seattle.

While Apples system status page does not indicate any issues with Apple Music, it does report outages affecting the App Store, Apple TV, iTunes store, and Maps traffic.

There was also a brief spike in outage reports for Apple TV and Apple Support, with Apple TV experiencing over 3,000 reported outages just after 9:30 p.m. ET, which then dropped to around 1,600 reports before 10 p.m. ET.

USA TODAY has reached out to Apple for further comment regarding the situation.

This outage follows a significant disruption from Verizon that impacted a similar region.

This story is still developing.
