Amazon Music has just dropped its 2026 Artists To Watch list, showcasing 49 emerging talents that are set to make waves this year.
Amazon Music has officially revealed its latest initiative, the 2026 Artists To Watch. This annual list highlights a diverse selection of emerging artists from around the globe, aiming to spotlight those who will likely make a significant impact in the music scene this yeaR&Beyond. Covering a wide array of genres including R&B, hip-hop, country, dance, Latin, rock, alternative, K-pop, J-Pop, and classical, this year’s roster truly reflects the platform’s global reach.
The chosen artists will enjoy extensive promotion across Amazon Music’s top playlists, including popular selections like Country Heat, Platino, Rotation, and K-pop Now. In addition to this playlist support, Amazon Music has launched a dedicated playlist titled Amazon Music: 2026 Artists To Watch, featuring all 49 artists in one easily accessible location. This playlist will be regularly updated as the artists release new music throughout the year, ensuring fans stay engaged with fresh content.
To celebrate the launch, Amazon Music has commissioned eight exclusive Originals from the Artists To Watch. Among these unique recordings, JayDon pays tribute to Aaliyah with a cover of One in a Million, while Vengayo reinterprets their hit Chikkama. Other notable covers include contributions from Zach John King, Chloe Qisha, Jamie MacDonald, Bebo Dumont, and Ashen, each offering their own take on popular songs.
Additionally, Friqtao will contribute a new instrumental piece for the Amazon Music Peaceful Meditation soundtrack, further diversifying the offerings from this year’s featured artists.
