Rickey Smiley Show: Fat Joe’s Sucker Comment on Irv Gotti

The Rickey Smiley Morning Show discussed Fat Joe calling Irv Gotti a “sucker.” Fat Joe took to his Instagram page to respond to Irv Gotti’s recent comments about his relationship with the Ashanti. Recently Gotti went on Drink Champs and discussed Ashanti, their relationship, and how their sex life inspired her hit single “Happy.”

Fat Joe took to Instagram to express his discontent with Gotti’s comments. He said Gotti is a “sucker.”

“Whatever Irv Gotti had with Ashanti is 20 years old, right?

I know he was making some points that mean a lot to him, but when you keep ranting about somebody 20 years later, it felt like he’s not over the young lady, right? It’s OK if it’s in a documentary; you got to say your truth in your documentary but to go on Drink Champs and keep calling her a “B….” I’m not gonna be the guy that stands up for Ashanti, but I’m not telling stories about a girl I was with 20 years ago. In fact, I hope you die,” said Fat Joe.

The Breakfast Club said that it was “wack” to talk about a girl and name her after so many years. The host said it’s disrespectful to his wife and his disrespectful to Ashanti and whoever she is with now. It also makes Gotti looks like a fool because he shot his shot and missed, said the radio DJ.

“Whether he was with somebody or not, or they had sex or not, whatever, it was 20 years ago.

Life moved on a long time ago. Whoever you with, it’s disrespectful to, and whoever she’s with, it’s disrespectful to,” said Da Brat.
