Harvey Weinstein’s attorneys applaud the overturned conviction of Bill Cosby and now they want their day in court for their client Harvey Weinstein. Attorney’s claim Weinstein was not given a fair trial because of a juror who violated his rights after it was discovered that she was not forthcoming about a partly autobiographical novel about “predatory” older men and their relationships with younger women. Weinstein was convicted for 23 years in prison. See video below
