WHAT: Kicks off Labor Day weekend with the New York Tri-State area’s premier Caribbean concert, “On Da Reggae Tip,”� starring reggae’s most remarkable artists. � This year’s heavyweight lineup including Wyclef Jean, Barrington Levy, Mr. Vegas, Serani, Gyptian, Ricky Blaze and others will come together to not only celebrate the roots and culture of reggae and dancehall music, but also to bring New York a concert jam packed with their hottest hits.
