iHeartMedia has added a new show to its My Cultura Podcast Network titled “Sacred Lessons with Mike de la Rocha.”The weekly podcast will focus on masculinity and emotional wellness through conversations with public figures from entertainment, sports, and community leadership.
The series, hosted by author and artist Mike de la Rocha, is scheduled to debut November 10, 2025, with new episodes released on Mondays. Early guests include comedian Jerry Garcia, musician Aloe Blacc, author Luis J. Rodriguez, and photographer Estevan Oriol.
De la Rocha said the goal is to open up conversations about fatherhood, vulnerability, and healing. Leo Gomez, who oversees iHeart’s My Cultura Network, described the project as part of a broader effort to highlight underrepresented voices.
The podcast will be available on the iHeartRadio app and other major platforms.
