This collaboration taps into the expertise of Dylan Bourne, who founded Bourne Creatives in 2020. Known for his experience in artist management, publishing, and record labels, Bourne will lead this initiative, which aims to extend RCA’s A&R reach and help artists build a creative and strategic foundation.
Dylan Bourne emphasized the power of identifying and nurturing talent early, stating that the partnership with RCA’s artist development team would provide the essential tools for building sustainable careers with cultural and commercial impact.
John Fleckenstein, the COO of RCA Records, added that Bourne’s talent for talent discovery and expertise in grassroots artist development would enhance RCA’s capabilities across a variety of music genres.
Apart from this venture, Bourne Creatives will maintain its management roster and continue working with its existing artists.
