Whitney Houston Postphones Concert in Paris, Singer is Ill

Whitney Houston’s Paris Concert tonight (Tues) has been canceled to an upper respiratory illness, thus delaying her European tour that has not received the greatest responses from some concertgoers. She will return for a new date on April 8 in Paris.
