TVB: OTA TV Remains the Preferred Choice for NFL Fans

The not-for-profit trade association representing America’s local broadcast TV industry has addressed recent media reports regarding the substantial viewership of a January 10 NFL playoff game that was exclusively available on Amazon Prime Video. This game, featuring the Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Bears, set a record as the most-watched NFL game ever streamed.

Nonetheless, the TVB highlights that a closer look at Nielsen data reveals that broadcast television continues to attract significantly larger audiences for both postseason and regular season NFL games.
