    Javier Osorio Mahia, a well-known sneaker reseller, was shot and killed in Soho on Tuesday morning. The 31-year-old victim, known by the nickname “Crack,” was ambud while driving his Range Rover on Green Street.

    He was shot three times and died at the scene. Friends and community members remember him as a friendly and dedicated individual. Police are searching for the shooter, who fled in a black SUV, and are investigating the motive behind the attack.

    Subway Platform Robbery in Soho

    A 69-year-old man was repeatedly punched and robbed on the southbound R platform at Canal Street Station in Soho. The incident occurred on Monday morning around 11:15 a.m. The suspect attacked the victim from behind, punched him repeatedly in the face, and stole his belongings. The victim suffered minor injuries. Police are seeking information to identify the suspect.

    Impersonation and Assault in Lower Manhattan

    A suspect impersonated a police officer and pepper-sprayed a man inside the Whitehall Street South Ferry subway station. The incident took place on Sunday evening.

    The suspect, wearing an NYPD detective shield, approached a 46-year-old man and, when the man tried to walk away, pepper-sprayed him, causing burns and swelling to his face. The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition. Police are asking for information to help identify the perpetrator.
