The trial for a man accused of murdering Columbus, GA. radio dj David Rutherford begins today. Rutherford 57 had retired from radio and was driving a cab. The suspect claims he had nothing to do with the murder and his attorney claims there are no witnesses (see vid below). Rutherford’s father was also a dj who went by the name Rudy “The Duce” Rutherford. His father is in the Radio Hall of Fame. See video below.
