NAB SHOW ACCEPTING SPEAKING PROPOSALS FOR BROADCAST ENGINEERING AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE
— Call for all additional NAB Show conference proposals opens September 22 —

WASHINGTON, D.C.– Speaking proposals are now being accepted for the Broadcast Engineering and Information Technology Conference (BEITC) at the 2017 NAB Show, held April 22-27, in Las Vegas. Proposals for all other conferences and signature sessions open September 22. NAB Show is the world’s largest electronic media show covering the creation, management and delivery of content across all platforms.

The Broadcast Engineering and Information Technology Conference is designed for broadcast engineers and technicians, contract engineers, broadcast equipment manufacturers, distributors, engineering consultants, and R&D engineers. The conference features technical papers addressing the latest opportunities and challenges facing broadcast engineering and industry IT professionals around the world.
“As traditional broadcast engineering activities become further integrated with information technology, we have increased the conference focus in this area.” said NAB Vice President of Technology John Marino. NAB Show seeks presenters with fresh ideas and unique perspectives on key trends and technologies driving the future of media and entertainment.

Submissions featuring case studies on multiplatform distribution, emerging technologies, production and post-production workflows, social and mobile applications, new storytelling techniques, plus changing advertising and business models are highly valued. In addition to broadcast technology, topics related to content creation and distribution are sought for all platforms and sectors, such as film and motion pictures, online video, retail, corporate A/V, religious institutions, military and government, education, and live events. Proposals incorporating dynamic and engaging learning formats are desired.

The deadline for all speaking proposals is October 31. Click here for additional information and to submit a proposal.
