Michael Baisden Ordered to Return Overpayment to Cumulus

Michael Baisden’s former syndication company, Cumulus Media, like many radio corporations, is financially strapped but a federal court in Texas just ordered Baisden to settle an overpayment plus damages totalling close to 2 Million.  Cumulus states Baisden was overpaid from 2012/013.  Baisden, who is back on the air nationally with a new syndication company, American Urban Radio Networks, has made several attempts with the U.S District Court for the Northern District of Texas in Dallas to rule in his favor.
