Men Shot in Daytime Queens Shooting; Gunmen Flee on Scooter

4 men were sprayed with bullets during a daytime shooting spree in Queens. The pair of gunmen managed to escape on a scooter, police said. The brutal attacked happened on Sunday. One of the men died at the scene.

Around 1:30 p.m., in front of 95-23 41st Ave. in Elmhurst, the shooters began firing at the victims.

The 28-year-old victim was reportedly showered with bullets. He was pronounced dead at the scene after being shot multiple times in numerous areas of his body, said the NYPD.

The three other victims were rushed to Elmhurst Hospital and are listed in stable condition.

According to police, the 29-year-old victim was shot in the left arm and cheek, while a 36-year-old man was shot in the left hand, and a 32-year-old man was hit in the torso.

Rather the men were the intended targets or not remains unclear.
