Kevin Spacey’s Baltimore Waterfront Mansion Auctions

Actor Kevin Spacey’s Baltimore condo, which went into foreclosure, was sold at an auction this morning. The auction was led by Alex Cooper Auctioneers and took place on the steps of Mitchell Courthouse in downtown Baltimore.

The condo, which had a starting price of $1.5 million, sold for a little more than $3.2 million.

Background

Kevin Spacey has called Baltimore home since shooting the TV series “House of Cards” back in June. He revealed that his home was being foreclosed because he couldn’t pay for it, citing his inability to work since sexual assault allegations against him became public.
