Homeless Harassment of Business Owners in Sherman Oaks

A man throws defecation on a business owner’s car every day and the business owner has to clean it off his car each day. He says owning a business in the area is like One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. One restaurant with an outside patio states homeless people takes food off of people’s plates when they walk by.
