The filing with the FCC says that the Radio Station will rebroadcast Talk WIBC/INDIANAPOLIS, but talk in the market indicates that the facility will rebroadcast Sports WFNI-A (1070 THE FAN) via WIBC’s HD/simulcast of the AM Radio Station .
