Following the release of his debut project Oblivion via Tan Cressida / Warner Records last month, Detroit producer Black Noi$e shares a surreal new video from the project for “Mo(u)rning” featuring Earl Sweatshirt. The Aaron Hymes-directed visual depicts animated characters of both Black and Earl in a bizarre alternate reality. Surrounded by giant mousetraps, the two appear to be the last men standing over a group of defeated policemen. Earl’s verse serves as a loose narration of the scenario taking place on the dark city block.
Black Noi$e’s Oblivion hosts features from Earl Sweatshirt, Danny Brown, BbyMutha, Liv.e, Pink Siifu, MIKE, Duendita, ZelooperZ, Raphy, G-Baby GVVAAN and Cousin Mouth. The project has been covered by the likes of Pitchfork, Complex, Esquire, NYLON, Stereogum, HYPEBEAST and more.
