Chris Long to Transform iHeartMedia Dallas

iHeartMedia has named Chris Long as the new Region President for Dallas, effective immediately. Long takes on this role at a time when the company is expanding its reach across various platforms such as broadcast radio, digital, social media, and live events.

With 20 years of experience in the media industry, Long has an extensive background in leadership, having previously worked as Chief Revenue Officer at Gemini XIII, Vice President at Sirius XM, and Vice President of Sales at Pandora. His track record in driving growth and building strong teams makes him a perfect fit for leading iHeartMedia’s Dallas operations.

As Region President, Long will focus on driving advertiser opportunities, utilizing iHeart’s immense scale and trusted customer relationships to accelerate revenue growth. His leadership will also strengthen the company’s brand power and leverage its influential personalities. Long will report directly to Eddie Martiny, Division President for iHeartMedia Texas Region.

“I am excited to lead this incredible team in Dallas,” said Long. “With great people and premium content, iHeartMedia offers an extraordinary opportunity, and I look forward to working together to take the Dallas market to new heights.”

iHeartMedia dominates the Dallas market with its combination of broadcast stations, live events, data, and digital platforms like iHeartRadio, which is available across more than 500 platforms, including smart speakers, smartphones, tablets, and gaming consoles.
