We learned about Adverse Possession in real estate class and yes people do do it. This man lucked up on a great deal and I guarantee you more people will try it now. The neighbors are pissed can you guess why? Is it that he man got the house for free or that…..don’t all say it at the same time.. In all fairness he just helped their property valued take a major dive but the situation is still none of their damn business.
