West Palm Beach Florida has a new Urban format radio station. Beatz 96.3 launched Friday June 4th at 4 p.m. Digity Broadcasting filled the hole left by Palm Beach Broadcasting Urban AC (X102.3), when it made the move to Urban AC in 2013.

The station broadcasting is on translator W242CI/JUPITER, FL, and is positioned as hip-hop music For The Palm Beaches. The station launched commercial-free music while announcing a promotion to win tickets to Nicki Minaj’s “The Pinkprint Tour” featuring Rae Sremmurd, Meek Mill, Dej Loaf and Tinashe.”hip-hop music has been missing in West Palm Beach since X102.3 transitioned into an Urban AC format. The response that Beatz 963 has received in just a few short days has shown us that the market is hungry for hip-hop music to be back and truly with a West Palm Beach station, not one that they had to listen to from Miami.

We are excited to watch this station take off!” said Leo Baldwin (Operation’s Manager)Log on to Beatz963.com or follow Beatz 96.3 on the TuneIn Radio app.
