The Kingman Bulldogs will take on the Music Mountain Warriors at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Kingman sitting on five straight victories and Music Mountain on three.
Kingman is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season, having blown past Chino Valley 57-32 on Friday. The contest was close at halftime, but the Bulldogs turned on the heat in the second half with 34 points.
Jaynell Martin led the charge for Kingman, going 5-for-11 to rack up 14 points along with five boards and five steals. Chevelle Perry also contributed significantly, achieving a double-double with 16 points and 15 rebounds. Martin has been exceptional with steals, grabbing at least two in every game this season, while Lariyah Fitts added ten points and five boards.
Kingman dominated the offensive glass, finishing the game with 22 offensive boards, a consistent performance as they have pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in every game this season.
On the other hand, Music Mountain overcame their recent struggles against Grand Canyon, where they were 0-4 in their previous matchups, securing a cozy 72-56 win over the Phantoms on Friday.
Kingman’s victory improved their record to 8-3, while Music Mountain’s win brought them to 5-6. In their last encounter back in January 2025, Kingman edged past Music Mountain 44-42. Will the Bulldogs secure another win, or will the Warriors turn the tables? The answer will be revealed soon.
