width=Modern Soul singer AVANT, will be performing at the inaugural Susan G. Komen of LA County “Voices for the Cure” Music Series on Wednesday, January 26th at RnB Live in Los Angeles, CA.I wanted to check in and see if you had any coverage in the works, if you’d like to schedule an interview with AVANT or attend the show.AVANT will be also available for interviews in support of the event on Monday, January 24th and Tuesday, January 25th as the Fight against cancer is a cause close to AVANT’s heart. Inspired by his own experience with loved ones’ battling cancer, AVANT wrote his song “Never Give Up The Fight” (featured on iTunes) as an inspirational song for people undergoing cancer treatment. The event will celebrate the beginning of Black History Month to emphasize the importance of breast health in the African-American community, and to inform the audience about Komen’s initiative for women of color called “Circle Of Promise”. It is being hosted by RnB Live, a weekly music series that showcases live music in a jam session format. RnB Live is donating a portion of their admission fee to Susan G. Komen For The Cure L.A. County. For more information on the event go to www.komenlacounty.org
