AURN Promotes Andy Anderson to Chief Revenue Officer

William “Andy” Anderson has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer for AURN. With his extensive experience in the industry and a proven track record, Anderson will be leading the charge in maximizing revenue opportunities, product acquisitions and original content creations for the company.

AURN CEO Chesley Maddox-Dorsey said “Andy’s success in developing a vision and providing strong leadership for growing company-wide activities and strategies focused on generating, maintaining and increasing revenue is unparalleled. This is a well earned promotion”.

Under Andy’s tenure, AURN has seen its station affiliations grow, the launch of the recently created AURNGAMING division and the addition of various digital expansions including Podcasts and Programmatic Marketing.

Andy will also continue to oversee new business development. ” For the past 4 years, Andy was President of Sales for AURN,. Prior to joining AURN, he worked for Billboard magazine as Director, Urban/Canadian Advertising, the first African American to hold such a position with the magazine.

Anderson attended Howard University, is an alumnus of the “National Association of Broadcasters-Executive Development Program for Radio Broadcasters” at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and also serves as a member of the Nielsen Audio Advisory Council representing network radio.
