Joey Boy Promoted to APD/MD of LIVE 101.5 Phoenix

LIVE 101.5 (KZON-FM) Afternoon Drive air personality Joey Boy has been appointed Assistant Program Director and Music Director alongside Program Director, Michael Coquia (aka. Mikee Mike), announced Tim Pohlman, CBS RADIO Phoenix Senior Vice President / Market Manager. Coquia, who recently moved into the LIVE 101.5 PD role, is thrilled about working with Joey Boy. “Joey Boy brings a tremendous amount of experience to the Programming Department,” said Coquia. “Joey’s passion to succeed never goes unnoticed and I am more than thrilled to have him as LIVE 101.5’s Assistant Program Director, Music Director, and Afternoon Host.”Joey Boy is equally enthusiastic about the opportunity. “I am beyond excited for this new chapter in my radio career,” said Joey Boy. “Working with the LIVE 101.5 family has been an incredible experience for me.

Before taking up residency at LIVE 101.5, Joey Boy held the Night Host position at Power 106 (KPWR-FM) Los Angeles, Morning Drive / Music Director at Power 98.3 (KKFR-FM) in Phoenix, and Afternoon Drive Personality / Music Director at Q104.7 (KCAQ-FM) in Ventura, CA.
