The tenth edition of All About Music, India’s premier B2B conference, shifts its strategic focus toward artificial intelligence and future business models, offering critical insights for labels, publishers, and rights holders navigating the next decade of the industry. Organized by Create and Collab, a division of TM Ventures backed by Universal Music Group, the event will run from August 25 to 27 at the Grand Hyatt in Mumbai. This milestone gathering is widely recognized as the largest of its kind in India, serving as a global gateway into the rapidly evolving Indian music market.
AI and Technology Drive New Business Conversations
Chandni Soni, the business head of the conference, stated that the organization is prioritizing the next decade over the last, with dedicated conversations centered on AI, music technology, and emerging business models. The event will feature expanded showcases moving from evening slots to daytime performances under the new banner “Music X.” This structural change aims to provide a larger platform for artists working across multiple genres and languages, allowing them to present their work directly to A&Rs, music supervisors, managers, and booking agents alongside traditional labels and filmmakers.
Expanded Pitching and Networking Opportunities
The conference has significantly broadened its pitching capabilities, with the “Pitch Your Music” sessions growing to six categories under the “Access X” banner. Aspiring event organizers can now pitch live-IP ideas to brands and venues, while startup founders retain the opportunity to present ventures to potential investors. Networking has also been enhanced, replacing the previous two daily Connect Corner sessions with five daily Ask Me Anything sessions featuring established industry professionals. Artists interested in performing must pay a refundable application fee of Rs499, while general delegate tickets are priced at Rs3,500 for students, Rs9,000 for artists, and Rs15,000 for general attendees, all available via thumpN.com. Evening concerts presented by sponsors may see restricted entry this year, distinguishing them from the open day-long performances accessible to all delegates.
