Sweetie Pies: Tim Norman Murder for Hire Case Begins Today

Day one of James Tim Norman’s trial started today for the murder for hire that he was behind for insurance money for his nephew, 21-year-old Andre Montgomery Jr. Norman is charged with murder for hire conspiracy, and mail and wire fraud. Norman hired a stripper, Terica Ellis, and a man to track his nephew down.

The hit man hired by Norman is Trevell Hill. Hill admitted to shooting and killing Montgomery for $5000. Norman paid the two to help kill his nephew so that he could collect on the insurance policy he purchased for him.

On the show, he visited the spot where his nephew was killed with his mother to mourn with her and to talk abotuall the family members they have lost on over recent years to violence. He talked about it as if he knew nothing about what happened (see the second video). While all this was happening, Norman was traveling around the country and running a Welcome to Sweetie Pies restaurant in the Valley of Los Angeles that put him and his mother, Robbie, at odds.

His mother Robbie, the star of the show when it was on OWN, was understandably devasted when she discovered Tim was involved in the murder.
