The first act signed to Major Recordings, PARISI, has already made significant waves in the electronic music community. Known for their collaborations with prominent artists like Fred again.. and Swedish House Mafia, as well as their production work for mainstream pop icons like Ed Sheeran and Black Eyed Peas, PARISI represents the innovative spirit that Major Recordings seeks to champion.
Recently, PARISI collaborated with the powerhouse duo Buy Now (comprised of Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso) on tracks like “Church” and “Speak Up.” Mobarek praised PARISI as “leaders of the new wave of high-quality, innovative production,” underscoring the label’s belief in their potential to shape the future of the genre.

Sam Mobarek: A Proven Leader
Sam Mobarek’s journey in the music industry spans nearly two decades, marked by her expertise in branding and marketing. Before launching Major Recordings, she founded Mob Creative, a full-service marketing agency serving clients across various sectors, including music, cannabis, gaming, and lifestyle. Her impressive client roster features notable names such as Hollywood Records, BMG, and Sony.
Prior to her work at Mob Creative, Mobarek led the marketing department at Ultra Music, collaborating with multi-platinum artists like Calvin Harris and deadmau5. Her diverse experience also includes operating the pop imprint Lefthook under Sony Music while studying at New York University’s Stern School of Business and working for live music conglomerate SFX (now Lifestyle) as well as Beatport.
