Racist Neighbor Fires Shotgun into Roof of Black Man’s Apartment and LAPD Does Nothing (VIDEO)

This is a damn shame when a Black man living in an apartment is fired upon when his racist neighbor who lives above him fired a shotgun into the roof. He reports the crime as he should and when the police show up, they investigate but don’t do anything but knock on the neighbors door. Peep the clip.
