| WHAT: | The 10th Anniversary of theBroadcast Leadership Training Program Aimed at increasing diversity in broadcasting, the Broadcast Leadership Training (BLT) program focuses on the process of assessing, purchasing, owning and operating radio and television Radio Station s. Established by the NAB Education Foundation in 2001, the program is designed for senior level broadcast radio and television managers seeking to advance as group executives or Radio Station owners. To encourage diversity in broadcasting, NABEF offers fellowship opportunities to women and people of color. |
