On Monday afternoon, an incident occurred at Taco Mac off Cobb Parkway where a man opened fire on someone he was on a lunch break with. According to the Cobb County Police, the shooting took place at 12:19 p.m. in the parking deck behind the restaurant in the Vinings area.
A 24-year-old man by the name of Larry Miller from Atlanta was shot multiple times and later passed away after being taken to the hospital. Peter Lampley was apprehended by the police and charged with murder. The investigation is ongoing as the police are still trying to determine what led to the fatal shooting.
