Director Of Sales

KBLA TALK 1580/SmileyAudioMedia, Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales who can plan, direct, and coordinate the actual distribution or movement of service to the customer. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals, and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor customers’ preferences.

Director of Sales Expectations:
โข Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
โข Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staff
โข Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
โข Determine price schedules and discount rates
โข Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
โข Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
โข Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
โข Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and secure equipment and customer specifications information
โข Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of media services
Qualifications:
Marketing /digital sales experience
Demonstrated record of success in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Strong Skills in planning, communicating, organizing, and developing customer
relationships coupled with problem-solving skills
5 years of managerial experience
College Degree preferred
