Deezer has launched Flow Tuner, a feature designed to give users greater control over the algorithm that curates their automated Flow playlists. This new functionality allows listeners to activate or deactivate specific genres or subgenres, enabling a more tailored music experience.

Flow has been a cornerstone of the Deezer platform for over a decade, creating continuous playlists based on user preferences. With the introduction of Flow Tuner, users can now fine-tune their listening experience even further by selecting the types of music they wish to hear. This enhancement aims to improve personalization and facilitate music discovery.

In addition to the genre control, Deezer’s Flow Tuner incorporates a built-in AI detection tool that excludes AI-generated music from user playlists, ensuring a more authentic listening experience. The platform also features a Tune My Music option, allowing new users to easily transfer their musical preferences and playlists from other streaming services, such as Spotify, to Deezer.
