Over a bouncy instrumental marked by Nonbruh and Coldsummer, the tracks finds Cochise boisterously flexin’ about the life of a big stepper: “When I walk in the spot bet I burn it up/ Put the heat to your top then I perm it up.”

“PERM” follows the release for his latest music video for Chivalrry-directed “LONG WAY“, In addition to the video, “Long Way” was launched alongside Cochise’s Rocket League Neon Night campaign which was created in inspiration of the game.

Following his previous efforts “COOK UP“, “CRME BRULEE” and his sophomore album THE INSPECTION, Cochise continues to elevate in his melodic mastery through every new release.

With his spitfire bars and infectious production, the XXL 2022 Freshman’s artistic intuition continues to be a refreshing divergence from hip-hop’s current trends while taking an entirely new approach.
