Brandon Silverstein, CEO of Avex Music Group and S10 Entertainment, has announced a significant expansion of both companies to position them for global growth in the music industry. Several key appointments have been made, reflecting a commitment to bolstering the companies’ operations and creative influence.

Zeke Silvera has been appointed Senior Vice President (SVP), Head of East Coast Operations, and Head of A&R. He will oversee strategic efforts in artist development, studios, and marketing, while managing S10’s producer and writer functions from the New York office.
Spencer LeBoff will serve as SVP, Head of West Coast Operations and Publishing & Acquisitions. He will lead operations from Avex’s new headquarters in West Hollywood, which includes two state-of-the-art studio houses and creative offices for A&R, marketing, and management.
Megan Timko has been named Head of Operations for both Avex Music Group and S10, where she will ensure seamless execution and infrastructure support as the company scales internationally.
Jessica Roxana and Claudia Schumann will be overseeing marketing for Avex and S10, focusing on strengthening global brand strategies and campaigns.
Additionally, renowned figures in the music industry, Tay James (longtime A&R for Justin Bieber) and Miles Beard (former Head of A&R at Republic Records), will join Avex’s publishing division as Senior A&R Consultants, strengthening the company’s creative and A&R capabilities.
Rory Sever has been promoted to Chief of Staff, continuing his work in supporting Avex’s leadership.
These executives join an already impressive roster of leaders at Avex, including Justin Hunter (Vice President, Corporate), Nevin Sanitsky (Director, A&R, Publishing Division), Ryan Kamada (Chief Financial Officer, Corporate), Brennen Bryant (Senior Director, A&R, Publishing Division), and Hajime Harada (Senior Manager, A&R International, Publishing Division).

Under Silverstein’s leadership, Avex has achieved significant success, including multiple No. 1 records and notable collaborations with talent such as Grant Boutin (Tate McRae), Elkan (Drake, Rihanna), Elyas (Drake), Harv (Justin Bieber), Kamal Wilson (Kehlani), and Shenseea.
The company is also making waves internationally with its J-pop boy band, ONE OR EIGHT, who became the first J-pop group to break into the U.S. Mediabase Top 40 with their hit “DSTM.” Additionally, Avex’s XG made a splash at Coachella and is now touring globally with massive audiences.
In terms of infrastructure, Avex has expanded with new studio operations in West Hollywood and Los Angeles, alongside a new office in New York City, further solidifying its position as a global creative powerhouse.
