><figcaption>Bubba the love sponge</figcaption></figure> <p>Attorneys Stephen Diaco, Robert Adams and Adam Filthaut  who represented Bubba the Love Sponge during a slander trial are facing sanctions that could include disbarment. The trio is accused of setting up their opponent attorney Phil Campbell to be arrested for <strong>DUI</strong> in the midst of a civil trial with the enlisted help of a paralegal and a Tampa police officer.  They have been found guilty of arranging the <strong>DUI</strong> arrest.  Attorney Phil Campbell, who represented a competing radio DJ, Todd “MJ” Schnitt, was arrested per the setup in an effort to disrupt proceedings.
