Prior to joining CMG, Cipala worked in PE-backed operations, principal investing, and investment banking. His experience includes leading strategic planning, evaluating and executing key investments across various sectors, and facilitating M&A transactions.
Cipala is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a double major in Economics and Engineering Science. He�s also an Eagle scout, avid tennis player, fitness enthusiast, and enjoys spending time on his family�s farm outside of Nashville.
