Connoisseur Media Creates VP of HR Role to Support Radio Expansion and Talent Growth

Lorraine Hirsh has joined Connoisseur Media as Vice President of Human Resources, filling a newly created executive position designed to support the company’s continued expansion. Hirsh officially joined the firm on June 29 and will oversee the organization’s human resources strategy. Her responsibilities include leadership development, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. The creation of this role the company’s commitment to attracting and developing talent while fostering a workplace culture that supports employees throughout the organization.

Hirsh brings significant experience from the advertising and marketing sectors. Prior to this appointment, she served as Chief People Officer at marketing agency IMRE, where she led enterprise-wide people strategy and organizational transformation. She previously held the role of Chief Talent Officer at McCann, overseeing talent strategy and leadership development for the global advertising agency. Her background in enterprise-wide strategy aligns with Connoisseur’s need to manage a complex, multi-station workforce.

Connoisseur Media CEO Jeff Warshaw stated that the appointment reflects the company’s focus on building its workforce as it continues to expand.
