Amazon Music Highlights 49 Global Artists for 2026

Amazon Music’s just dropped its 2026 Artists to Watch list, showcasing 49 emerging talents set to make waves. This campaign’s all about connecting fans with the next big acts across various genres.

As the music industry gears up for another exciting year, Amazon Music has unveiled its eagerly anticipated “Amazon Music: 2026 Artists to Watch” campaign. This initiative aims to spotlight a diverse group of emerging artists, featuring 49 rising stars across multiple genres from around the globe. These artists are expected to leave a significant mark in 2026 and beyond, and Amazon Music is committed to promoting them vigorously across its platform.

The 2026 Artists to Watch list will receive extensive support through 28 of Amazon Music’s most popular playlists, including themed collections such as “Country Heat,” “Platino,” and “K-Pop Now.” Additionally, Amazon Music has launched a dedicated evergreen playlist that fans can access, allowing them to stream all 49 artists in one convenient location. This playlist will be continually updated as the featured artists release new material, ensuring fans can easily keep track of their journey.

In a bid to celebrate the launch, Amazon Music has commissioned eight exclusive tracks from these emerging talents, known as Amazon Music Originals. These new recordings span a variety of genres and are tailored specifically for this campaign. Notable contributions include JayDon’s rendition of Aaliyah’s “One in a Million” and VENGAYO’s reimagining of their hit “Chikkama.” Other artists are also offering unique interpretations of well-known songs, enhancing the variety within this collection. For instance, Chloe Qisha performs “The Winner Takes It All,” while Jamie MacDonald covers “Just The Two of Us.”

Amazon Music is fully invested in the success of these artists, illustrating this commitment with robust marketing strategies. The campaign will feature the artists prominently through in-app promotions, out-of-home advertisements, and bespoke content, effectively engaging listeners and informing them about the stories behind the music. Paul Firth, Global Head of Music at Amazon Music, expressed his passion for this initiative, stating, “Artists To Watch is one of the most meaningful initiatives we lead each year, because it’s about backing artists early, and championing them at this crucial stage in their career.”

With 49 exceptional new voices being showcased, the 2026 Artists to Watch campaign is set to play a pivotal role in their careers, and it promises to be a thrilling year for both the musicians and their fans.
